Craig, a 5th generation farmer is the local having been born and raised on a family farm just outside of Mansfield. Craig's ambition to own his own farming enterprise started with the initial purchase of 125 acres, in the Upper Lurg Valley.

A background in International Travel Operations, lead Anna to wonder the world for a number of years, living and working in the United Kingdom, Italy, Spain, France, Turkey and the United States of America. After 10 somewhat nomadic years, the familiar call to  home and Australia beckoned.  Eventually making the move back to Victoria, and that is where their paths crossed.

 

I moved to Upper Lurg in 2012. In 2014 we welcomed the arrival of our daughter, and the expansion of our farming operation with the purchase of 'Glenwood' from a neighbor.  Having leased the undulating land surrounding Lawrence House since 2014, to accommodate our expanding Angus cattle herd, my wish to one day own the charming farmhouse house on the hill, with its captivating views towards Mt Buffalo presented itself. So, in 2022, We purchased the property now known as Lawrence House.
